So I said I’d be updating my keep healthy get ab challenge. Sorry for the late post it shall be explained soon :) 
PHOTO TAKEN 3 MAY 2013 .
IMPROVED ASPECTS 
- Calf muscles that are more shaped 
- You can tell the slight change through the ‘cross line’ I have on my belly , it has less of a bump.
-Hip bones look sharper 
- structure of the belly is much linear , less curvy I guess 
-Firmer butt ( woop woop ) 
- Less desire for junky food 
FAILEDDDDD ASPECTS 
- 22nd april was my birthday so there was A LOT od drinking and smoking and sweeties  involved this month 
- Had no softball during easter boo wooo 
- Did my ab work outs first week of easter then gave up 
Goals 
- Keep doing softball till June 
- try balance a healthy life and all the end of year assignments -.- 
- stop smokinggggg ffs -.-
