So I have made a decision to have lady abs for the summer , also I shall feast in the summer so this is making up for the guilt that shall come :)

Started Softball for 3 hours every weekend since the 16th the March 
Note down my diet intake on ( MYFITNESSPAL)  app 
Doing the 42 days ab challenge app , on day 3 
Try not smoking 
CHANGES NOTICED
Better skin glow 
Firmer feel to stomach 
Less desire for sugary junky food 
GOALS 
More structure around the stomach by mid April.
Better stamina
